Small and compact (just 500x100 meters) – Four Seasons at Kuda Huraa has just about everything you wish for – from amazing water sports and a surfing school to private yacht fishing cruises and dinners in fine dining Italian restaurants by the Indian ocean.

Water villas are just amazing there. I’ve got Sunset water bungalow overlooking the lagoon, where I was greeted with cold champagne and fruits.

The water sport centre here is one of the best I’ve seen. They got every possible water sport here, including this sea bob, which can dive to a depth of up to 18 meters and can accelerate to 25 km per hour. I felt like a dolphin going with it.

First surfing lesson at Maldives at Kuda Huraa with Four Seasons

I had my first surfing lesson at FS Kuda Huraa. They are the only resort in Maldives that has a surfing school and they are even holding an international surfing competition each August when all ex world champions come here to remember the best times of their lives! My trainer said I was very good as I managed to stand on the board with the first attempt!

The sunsets are amazingly romantic here, especially accompanied by the local band. This was a management cocktail reception where all the guest are invited to come, enjoy and share their experience with hotel management.

The SPA here is out of this world. Located on the nearby island, it provides true luxury and a special atmosphere. I especially liked the moonlight package, where just the two of you are picked up from your villa and delivered to the SPA late in the evening. The only people on the island are the therapists and both of you. And you get the 2.5 hour program tailored just for you (according to your sing and the moon position). Then after the midnight they bring you back to your hotel – totally relaxed and happy.
